How do I order a custom cup?
- Choose your cup.
- Select the style of cup you want (Lava, Dual Lava, Slow Flow Glitter, Cat Eye, Milk, Soda, Beach Cup, etc.).
- In the order notes, put any glitter color preferences and anything else you’d like me to know beforehand.
- Add a decal if desired.
- Complete checkout.
Your first and last initial will then be added to the lineup linked in my TikTok bio.
How does the live cup making process work?
After your order is placed, your name will be added to the lineup (linked in my TikTok bio). When it's your turn, I'll call your name during a live and we'll create your cup together! We'll review your order notes, confirm your cup style, colors, and glitter choices. Don't be afraid to share your ideas—this is your custom cup!
If you ordered a decal, it will be applied during the live when possible. Some copyrighted or trademarked designs may need to be applied off live due to platform restrictions.
How long will my order take?
Each cup is handmade during a live session and then held for 3–7 days after creation. This allows time for degassing and helps ensure the highest quality and longevity of your cup before shipping.
Do you offer a cup course?
Yes! I offer a comprehensive cup course that walks you through exactly how I create my cups.
The course includes:
• Products and supplies I use
• Vendor recommendations
• Cup solutions for slow, medium and fast flows, lava/dual lava, cat eye, beach, milk, soda, coffee, honey/blood drip, flower cups and more.
• Techniques and tips
• Ongoing updates as I discover new products, vendors, and cup types
This is a digital product and a one-time purchase. Once purchased, you'll continue to have access to future updates at no additional cost.

How do I watch my cup being made?
I create cups live on TikTok! Once your name appears on the lineup, join my TikTok lives and wait for your name to be called. We'll create your cup together live.
What if I miss my name on the line up?
No worries! Your name will remain on the lineup until you're available to join a live. If I cannot reach you after multiple attempts, your cup may be completed based on the information provided with your order. Always include as many details on glitter and solution colors as possible to ensure your cup meets your expectations!
Can I request specific colors?
Absolutely! Please include your requests in the order notes. I will do my best to accommodate them during the live.
Can I add a decal to my cup?
Yes! Decals can be added to any cup. Simply add your desired decal to your cart before checkout. You do not need to order a decal to order a cup.
